minimum of 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing
understanding of traffic performance metrics (conversion tracking, EPC, LTV, CPA, ROI), as well as pricing models (CPA, CPL, Rsh, Hybrid)
knowledge on using specialized software like trackers, TDS-system, partner platforms and networks
ability to think analytically, to predict and notice correlations
excellent communication skills
